When I think of Reiki, I think of it as a way to connect with myself. It helps relax the body, mind, and soul. When someone has a lot going on, including school, extracurricular activities, or just stress, Reiki can feel like a peaceful break. Although it has many different results, it mainly helps many people feel more balanced and less stressed.


To me, Reiki seems to be an amazing way to care for yourself. It supports giving yourself time to reset and reconnect. It encourages you not to fix everything at once, but instead live your life and be in the moment, not thinking of the future too harshly. Reiki can be associated with the law of attraction. Whatever you say or believe in your mind, positive or negative, can be manifested in your life. By having positive thoughts and intentions, you can attract what you truly want. It helps focus on the good and take care of your inner self, allowing you to release negative energy and thoughts that might hurt you deep down.


In conclusion, Reiki promotes relaxation and emotional balance. It encourages various people to take time for self-care and to be present in the moment rather than getting overwhelmed by future concerns. Reiki supports the importance of taking care of our inner selves, which can significantly help in managing stress and facing many challenges.
